This program is excellent, there is a form for just about anything you need! The features included are awesome how you fan sign, fax, email, etc. I love how you are notified when your document is viewed, and how records are kept! I don't know how I ever lived without it! just wished i knew how to use it better...

I have extremely low expectations for…
I have extremely low expectations for customer service but I was surprised about how fast and helpful pdf filler was. My issue was resolved within minutes!

several clunky features
There are several clunky features I did not like.
(1) My first issue was that when editing text, the font would change from Times New Roman to Arial within the edit box. The user had to "tell" the computer to switch back to Times New Roman.
(2) Another issue I spotted is that if I want to italicize ONE word on a line of text, the entire line will become italicized. This was cured by deleting the italicized word, then creating a separate text box with the italicized word in it. The italic text box was dropped into the line of text with the plain text around it.
(3) When editing text, the size of text will drop down a size or two. The writer must "bump" up the text size with the upward arrow to get it to match the text in the original document.
Otherwise, I like using PDFfiller. Of course, PDF editing is not as simple as ordinary word editing. Or perhaps PDF editing gets easier after continual practice.

I like the service and have been using for awhile!
I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

Share & Collaborate On Project PDF
Did you ever need to get an individual or a group of people to edit or sign a PDF document? Even if you work together or live in the same city this might present a difficulty. But what if your colleagues or partners live in different cities or even countries?
You can simply use pdfFiller to edit, comment and sign the same PDF document together.
To get started, click the Done button and select Share from the dropdown menu.
Alternatively, select the document in My Docs and click Share in the right pane.
Enter the first recipient’s name and email address and press Add Recipient. Use your address book or import your contacts from Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or Outlook. You can share any document with up to 10 people. Set permissions for each recipient by selecting Can Edit, Can View or Can Sign from the dropdown list.
Select the notification settings for each user by choosing To notify or Don’t Notify from the dropdown.
If you choose To notify, the user will receive an email every time other recipients edit the document.
Write a message to your recipients inviting them to edit or sign the document. Click Personalize Your Invitation to Share.
For your convenience, pdfFiller offers three invitation templates: Casual, Formal and Informal.
Create your business card by filling the fields with your contact information.
pdfFiller can automatically remind your recipients to edit or sign a document. Click Reminder for Recipients.
and select when you want the reminder to be sent.
In addition, you can set another reminder if the recipient ignores the first one.
Finally, press SHARE at the bottom of the page.
An email with a direct link to the document will be sent to each recipient. Collaborators can make changes based on the permissions you’ve set for each. They will be able to print, save or send the document after they’ve edited or signed it. To view the settings and changes made to a shared document, go to My Docs > Outbox > Share. If you send the document to three recipients, three copies of the same document will appear in the Share folder. To add or remove collaborators or to modify their permissions, select the document and click Settings.
You can also revoke editing privileges. On the Share Status page, press the Unshared button. The document will be removed from the Share folder and the recipients will no longer be able to access the document.
When you use pdfFiller to share a document with your colleagues, you can edit, comment and sign the same document together using any internet-connected devices. Open the PDF document you want to share and collaborate on in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Share' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the 'Share Document' window that appears, enter the email addresses of the people you want to collaborate with. You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with commas.

Choose the access level for each collaborator. You can grant them 'View Only' access, 'Edit' access, or 'Full Access' which includes the ability to invite others to collaborate.

Optionally, you can add a message to the email invitation that will be sent to the collaborators. This can be helpful to provide additional context or instructions.

Click on the 'Send' button to send the invitation emails to the collaborators.

The invited collaborators will receive an email with a link to access the shared PDF document. They can click on the link to open the document in pdfFiller.

All changes made by the collaborators will be automatically synced and visible to all other collaborators in real-time.

You can track the changes made by each collaborator by clicking on the 'History' button located at the top right corner of the screen. This allows you to see the revision history and revert to previous versions if needed.
